Zielsdrift (‘Driven by the soul’) is a private practice for Jungian Analysis. Eefke van der Drift is a Jungian Analyst and Children's Coach. She is also co-founder, CEO and senior lecturer of JUNGacademie Nederland, training for Jungian Analyst in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Eefke is accredited by RBCZ (Register of Professional Practitioners Complementary Care), CAT (Collective Alternative Therapists), CK (Complementary Quality Therapists), and follows supervision and continuing education at the C.G. Jung Institut Zürich, Switzerland (IAAP). Jungian Analysis is a depth psychology that is founded by the Swiss psychiatrist C.G. Jung (1875-1961). It brings you to the heart of yourself. In yourself lies a world of dreams, fairytales, myths, symbolism and imagination. These allow you to connect to your Inner Knowing, in Jungians terms known as the Self. This is the path of Individuation, a wonderful journey that brings you back on track in your life and gives you whole new energy. In connecting to your soul, you are going to walk your own path that leads right to your Inner Beauty, Forgotten Wisdom and Life Energy. In therapy you will work with active imagination, drawing, dream therapy and bodywork. Jungian Analysis is a walkabout through your unconscious, to re-connect with your Inner Self and Soul. Especially the richness of Alchemy contains the symbols that correspond with your dreams, real life events, and the transformations you have to face through life. Maybe in your dreams you will recognize symbols like snakes, dragons, fire, water, gold, silver, moon, sun, the alchemical vessel, egg, womb and circle. In times of transformation, crises and change, Jungian Analysis can be extremely helpful. The search for meaning and the urge to place life events in a certain perpective is higly topical. Feelings like fear, anxiety, tiredness, alienation and depression can occur and we don’t know what to do. By going into therapy you can heal yourself by integrating your inner contradictions. Your heart will open up again, life energy will flow and you will find the richness of being okay with your self. As a Jungian Analyst since almost two decades, I can warmly be your guide to walk along your inner paths. I got trained as a Jungian Analyst in the Netherlands. Before that, I finished a master degree in Law, as well as a bachelor degree in Arts. By this experience and education, I carry both the analytical as feeling aspects that will help you to grow as a person.
